Today was my first visit to Eleganzza and it was a wonderful experience.

I came in for a root touch-up and a partial highlight. I explained what wanted, and Olga was very attentive and a great listener. She's a wonderful colorist and is very kind and caring. She even made me a cup of tea that I drank out of a China cup and saucer - a nice touch.

This is a very classy place and I've already made a follow-up appointment. I feel so lucky to have found her. Thank you, Olga! :)

Olga is the best! She is personal but runs a professional business. Love her new location right on LaSalle, so easy and convenient and lots of on-street parking and other shops around to get errands done and even pick up a new outfit or get nails done all around this location. Olga really cares about what you want from your appt. and she listens and works really well from photos of what you are wanting your hair to be like. I came here for a Brazilian and to get my hair colored a dark brown. I had blonde highlights in my hair but wanted my original hair color back. I love coming here and Olga is great at what she does. I am very satisfied every time and look forward to going back. First she applied color all over my hair and let it set, then washed my hair thoroughly before starting the Brazilian. The process does take a while but it's definitely worth it.

I have very thick and frizzy hair and I usually straighten my hair at least twice a week with a flat iron. It's very damaging to my hair which is why I decided to try the Brazilian blowout which repairs your hair and also keeps it straight right after blow drying.

I'm very happy with the results and totally recommend her.
